Thermal Imaging Inspection

Advanced infrared technology to detect hidden moisture and leaks without invasive testing.

What is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal imaging uses infrared cameras to detect temperature variations in building materials. When moisture is present, it creates temperature differences that are invisible to the naked eye but clearly visible through thermal imaging technology.

Our FLIR thermal cameras can detect temperature differences as small as 0.1°C, allowing us to identify moisture intrusion, insulation defects, air leaks, and hidden water damage before it becomes a major problem.

Benefits of Thermal Imaging

  • Non-Invasive: No need to cut holes in walls or ceilings
  • Fast Detection: Quickly scan large areas to identify problem zones
  • Early Detection: Find moisture before visible damage occurs
  • Comprehensive: Detect multiple issues in one inspection

What We Detect

  • Hidden moisture behind walls and ceilings
  • Roof leaks and water intrusion
  • Plumbing leaks in walls and floors
  • Missing or damaged insulation
  • Air infiltration and energy loss
  • Electrical hot spots
  • HVAC system inefficiencies
